YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT TO EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ELIGIBLE ITEMS.  
We hope you are satisfied with our products! We will always try to take care of our customers - handling all situations fairly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please call us at (903) 495-8896 or email us at belleameboutique12@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item(s), we will do our best to correct the issue as soon as we can.

Please include packing slip for your return along with the items approved. Items not approved will be sent back at your expense.




RETURN DETAILS
• BELLE AME offers STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE within 7 days of the shipment date. 
• A flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your credit to cover shipping charges.
• ITEMS IN SALE SECTION, BAGS, and JEWELRY and HAIR ACCESSORIES  are FINAL SALE. These items will not be approved for exchange or store credit. 

• Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt or cannot be exchanged for product or store credit. Please email belleameboutique12@gmail.com and we will fix the issue as soon as we can.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, un-altered and smoke-free.
• Original tags MUST be attached. 
• Please include original invoice in return shipment.
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stain will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
• Belle Ame Returns Department reserves the right to determine eligibility for store credit and exchanges and make changes to this policy without notice.
• Belle Ame does NOT refund original shipping charges.
• Belle Ame is NOT responsible for returned items that are lost on their journey back to us.
RECEIVING YOUR Store Credit or Exchange 
-Once the Return is delivered to our store, it usually takes 4-7 business days for us to process. You will be notified by email with your details.
-Please keep tracking for your records.
